Job summary

Mark's Commercial is seeking a Supply Chain & Fulfillment Analyst to join our Commercial Planning & Allocation team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain experience across supplier management, purchase orders, inventory, fulfillment, and customer order execution.

You will collaborate with suppliers, fulfillment centres, sales teams, and planning partners to track orders and ensure customer commitments are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning, Allocation, or Operations.
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing order fulfillment activities.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data analysis, and Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems.
  • Experience with inventory, purchasing, and order management processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on execution and results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage open sales orders and purchase orders throughout their lifecycle.
  • Track supplier commitments and delivery performance against required dates.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm shipments, delivery dates, and backorder status.
  • Ensure accurate purchase order information is maintained within D365 and supporting systems.
  • Escalate supply shortages, delays, and fulfillment risks to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support resolution of order-related issues impacting customer deliveries.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between suppliers, fulfillment centers, sales teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities to support customer service objectives.
  • Support weekly supply reviews and open order management meetings.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure inventory and fulfillment priorities are aligned with business requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory availability required to support customer demand.
  • Analyze open order demand, inventory positions, and supply constraints to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support planning activities related to replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory deployment.
  • Validate supplier delivery schedules and monitor inbound inventory flow.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of inventory planning parameters and fulfillment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and KPI dashboards related to: Open sales orders Open purchase orders Vendor performance Service level attainment Inventory health Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support operational decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve order management, supplier communication, and fulfillment processes.
  • Assist in documentation of procedures, job aids, and training materials.
  • Participate in implementation of new tools, systems, and process enhancements.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives within Commercial Planning & Allocation.

You will work directly with suppliers, fulfillment centres, sales teams, and planning partners to track orders, manage inventory availability, identify risks, and help ensure customer commitments are met. This position provides exposure to real‑world supply chain operations, ERP systems, inventory management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting some of Canada's largest commercial customers. Salary Range: $44,000 – $73,000. Our typical hiring range is between $44,000 and $58,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
