Job Purpose

As Supply Chain Analytics Manager you will manage/lead/be responsible for….

Owning data analysis and reporting for the Canadian supply chain team. This role provides critical support in ensuring data accuracy and availability to the local supply chain functions including supply operations, demand planning, customer supply chain and warehousing/distribution.

This role will be working hands on with both internal and external data to create reports and tools that the above teams will rely on to function day to day. You will also be responsible for unlocking valuable insights that the team can use to execute projects related to cost savings, increases in efficiency and increase compliance in our supply chain.

In this position you will also have the opportunity to explore new technologies (automation, AI, ML) for the purpose of implementation in our day-to-day systems and processes.

This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR data analytics career. These responsibilities include some of the following…

• Owning and maintaining local supply chain data
• Creation and maintenance of local supply chain reports and tools using PowerBI, Excel and other tools
• Manage the resolution of data and reporting issues impacting the local supply chain team
• Driving actionable insights through thorough analysis of internal and external data to drive efficiencies, cost savings and increased compliance
• Utilize automation tools to support data intake and reduction of manual activities for the supply chain team
• Lead the implementation of new processes and technologies related to data reporting and analysis for the local supply chain team
• Manage compliance and allocation activities related to inventory, pricing, invoicing and other

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• 5+ years in a data analytics/science or similar role
• MS/BS in business, data science, engineering or equivalent education
• Strong Experience using PowerBI for data reporting purposes
• Experience with MS Office Suite applications
• Experience with MS Power Platform applications
• Experience with SQL databases and queries
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to partner cross functionally to achieve goals and asks from multiple stakeholders of all levels

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience with digital automation tools
• Experience with AI application for data analysis
• Experience with implementation of machine learning algorithms
