Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, purchasing, inventory, and logistics for hospitality operations in Ontario. You will coordinate purchase orders, supplier communications, and ensure timely availability of food, beverage, and operational materials.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, 2+ years in supply chain roles, and strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, catering, food service, retail, distribution, or related industry preferred.
• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff, hospitality operations, finance, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities for hospitality operations.
• Manage purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and material flow activities.
• Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, inventory, and order records.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Maintain organized and confidential supply chain and procurement documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
