Job description

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will work with Merchandising throughout the year to profitably grow top line sales by reducing Supply Chain costs and drive sales focusing on the largest opportunities within both new and existing programs. In addition to working with Merchandising teams, the Supply Chain Consultant will maximize the bottom line by working with key cross‑function teams including Capacity Planning, Transportation, DC Operations, and Supply Chain teams in Asia. The successful candidate will conduct fact‑based analytics to gain insights and drive recommendations and actions.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead improvement projects by proactively identifying opportunities, develop and implement sustainable solutions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Set appropriate Dealer Minimum Order Quantities for all SKUs.
  • Maximize profitability for both Corporation and Dealers by shipping logistically sound quantities that are appropriate for store sales, seasonality, and shelf space.
  • Support building the best and most productive assortments in retail, conducting detailed cost‑benefit analysis throughout the Line Review timeline.
  • Ad‑hoc management of Supply Chain projects and initiatives.
What you bring:
  • Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Math, Business or related field.
  • 2+ Years of Supply Chain Experience.
  • Support building the best and most productive assortments in retail, conducting detailed cost‑benefit analysis throughout the Line Review timeline.
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
  • Strong problem‑solving & analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities.
