Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at our Corporate head office in Winnipeg.

What you will do
  • Analyze data related to purchasing, inventory, and distribution to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Support the purchasing manager and category manager in developing or maintaining reports, analytics and metrics
  • Assist on special projects focused on distribution optimization, logistics efficiency and supplier consolidation
  • Develop documentation and guides in support of the launch of the P21 ERP system
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline and automate supply chain processes
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions in the supply of purchased goods
  • Researching and finding the most cost‑efficient shipment methods and procedures
  • Tracking KPIs and reporting on performance
  • Developing methods to improve processes, including the provision of analysis and recommendations to supply chain managers
  • Other duties as needed
What We Require
  • Post‑secondary education in supply chain, logistics, and/or business required
  • Heavy‑duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
  • Prior ERP experience with Epicor, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills – Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – able to learn in‑house systems.
