Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited in Regina, SK, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift, oversee inventory, safety and distribution operations. You will plan sequencing of assembly, loading, receiving and shipping, train staff, maintain records, and foster a high-performing culture on the floor.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Resolve personnel, equipment, and workflow issues promptly.
• Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the distribution centre.
• Train, coach, and support team members on policies, procedures, systems and best practices.
• Complete shift reports and documentation (e.g., incidents, disciplinary reports).
• Facilitate smooth communication and hand-offs between shifts.
• Foster a positive, high-performing floor culture.
• Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. You will be responsible for overseeing a shift team and supporting day-to-day distribution functions including inventory, safety, and personnel development.

Shift: Afternoon (1300-2100)

What you will do:
