A transportation services company in Ottawa is seeking an individual to oversee the transportation department. Responsibilities include managing inventory, route scheduling, ensuring high customer service standards, and developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of transportation/logistic experience, possess a valid DZ driver's license, and demonstrate knowledge of related regulations and software. Oversees the transportation department of one or more locations within assigned geography; providing leadership within the location(s) as assigned. Acts as the liaison between customer, operations, CSRs, and the support team.
