Quality Greens is 100% locally owned and operated a full‑service market currently recruiting a full‑time Supervisor/Key Holder. The role requires 32–40 hours per week with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Other Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide regular feedback to department staff
• Open and close the store as a keyholder, including cash‑handling and reconciliation
• Place orders, stock, rotate, merchandise, and face product per department procedures
• Receive product deliveries ensuring order and invoice accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Maintain consistent customer service excellence
• Process transactions efficiently (cash, credit card)
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Adhere to health and safety policies, including exposure control and cleanup of biohazard waste
• Examine merchandise to identify items to reorder or replenish
• Create displays
• Liaise and communicate effectively with corporate, management, and store‑level personnel
• Keep a positive work environment
• Support company loss prevention standards
• Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet operational needs
