Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $17.00–$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30–40 per week

Responsibilities

• Assigning and evaluating employee performance
• Monitor performance and report progress to your supervisor
• Set daily employee objectives and task schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
• Organize and maintain the retail floor for smooth running
• Monitor customer and client satisfaction, quality assurance, and report any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to your supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Retail management experience: 3 years (required)
