What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members to foster ownership and leadership development
  • Establish and coordinate systems and processes for data management and individual contributors
  • Lead the team in detailed site scheduling in collaboration with internal partners to optimize project delivery
  • Monitor and flag schedule and coordination risks to relevant partners
  • Analyze scope and contracting strategies, providing recommendations for optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management with knowledge of Project Controls
  • Strong working knowledge of construction activities in industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and civil construction
  • Experience with interdependencies of labor, equipment, materials, and permit processes
  • High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience is preferred
