What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members to foster ownership and leadership development
- Establish and coordinate systems and processes for data management and individual contributors
- Lead the team in detailed site scheduling in collaboration with internal partners to optimize project delivery
- Monitor and flag schedule and coordination risks to relevant partners
- Analyze scope and contracting strategies, providing recommendations for optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management with knowledge of Project Controls
- Strong working knowledge of construction activities in industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and civil construction
- Experience with interdependencies of labor, equipment, materials, and permit processes
- High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience is preferred
