PAS’s at On Side help lead the Project Administration team in the essential work they carry out every day. With exceptional knowledge in every area of On Side’s work the PAS can get to the root of any issue and provide guidance, because they’ve dealt with this before!

Project Administration Supervisors are responsible for:
  • Training and developing their reports
  • Being available to lend expertise
  • Monitoring and managing time
  • HR Related Matters/Performance Management
  • Managing capacity and allocating resources to ensure nothing gets missed
  • Pitching in when needs are high
  • Reporting
  • CAT Support
What you bring:
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating complex team workflows and delegating tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, competing high-priority deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years providing excellent administrative work
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours and provide after-hours support during emergency weather or catastrophic (CAT) events
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to regularly travel between branches as needed
Work Location:
  • We’re proud to support a flexible hybrid approach which gives everyone the best of both worlds. While there are no minimum or maximum time requirements, each team’s need for weekly in-person connections will be different and there will be times you’ll regularly join your colleagues at the office.
  • This role is responsible for the Ontario Region. Successful candidates must regularly report to one of the current Ontario branches.
