Highland Valley Copper (HVC) Operationsis Canada’s largest open‑pit copper mine and molybdenum operation. HVC produces both copper and molybdenum concentrate through autogenous and semi‑autogenous grinding and flotation.

Reporting to the Superintendent, Mill Maintenance, the Maintenance Training Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing and advancing all technical training and apprenticeship programs that support the Mill Maintenance workforce. This role ensures that apprentices, journeypersons, mentors, and supervisors receive accurate, regulatory‑aligned, and operationally relevant training.
The Supervisor leads competency management, ensures compliance with regulatory and Red Seal standards, and drives continuous improvement in training quality and delivery. Collaboration with supervisors, trainers, and external authorities is essential to maintaining a skilled and future‑ready workforce.
Pay Range: CAD $108,000 - $133,000 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
