PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Supervisor provides the planning, scheduling, and assignment of resources to specific jobs within the shop and yard, ensuring that all repairs and/or servicing is performed in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate builds a safety focused culture, communicates effectively, and drives accountability.
