American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Distribution Center in Mississauga, ON. You will coordinate the maintenance workflow, direct lead hands and technicians, and partner with the Facilities/Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, reliable operations.
You will lead preventative maintenance, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Facilities/Maintenance Manager
SUPERVISES: Maintenance Associate and Maintenance Helper
POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate the workflow within the maintenance department of the Distribution Center; Organize & direct tasks of Maintenance Lead Hands & Maintenance Associates, and provide support for Maintenance Manager as needed; Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in the Distribution Center as needed.
