Location: Calgary, AB T2Z 3W4 (On site)
Salary: $36.00 per hour, 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment terms: Permanent, Full time, Morning, Weekend, On call, Overtime available, Starts as soon as possible
Requirements
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: English
- Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Supervision: 5‑10 people, laundry workers
- Security and safety: Criminal record check
Responsibilities
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Act as point of contact for emergency situations.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Monitor quality and production levels.
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
