A leading construction firm in Vancouver is seeking a Supervisor for Design & Engineering in Telecommunications. This role requires significant experience in supervising teams, managing OSP design projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of industry experience and can effectively lead engineering teams. This position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work environment.
You are an experienced Design & Engineering supervisor, responsible for leading and developing a team of telecommunications network OSP designers, drafters, fielders, permit coordinators, aerial designers, project assigned GIS analysts and other associated outside plant engineering personnel. You possess well‑rounded OSP engineering knowledge, leadership abilities, client management skills and are able to lead and grow a team of designers.
You will lead and provide technical guidance to the OSP design team. In addition, you will conduct final reviews of all completed work by the team to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy of existing underground and civil plant infrastructure is maintained for the addition of proposed OSP network installations.

$84,600 - $118,800 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
