A leading steel manufacturing company in Manitoba seeks a Recycling Operations Supervisor to oversee scrap movement and personnel. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in recycling, strong communication skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. This role includes responsibilities such as managing the scrap yard team and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Reporting to the Recycling Location Manager, your focus will be to oversee the activities of movement of scrap through out the operation as well as training, testing and auditing the Recycling Yard operators.
The successful candidate's primary responsibilities include the following:
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 -7 years experience in a Recycling environment and those that possess excellent communication skills. Previous supervisory experience would be an asset.
