A&W Ladysmith is seeking an energetic candidate to join our kitchen team with a focus on management development and leadership. You will participate in online and hands-on training and help lead a fast-paced team at our Ladysmith location.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and can lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods. Teamwork and problem solving are essential.

• Full online and hands-on training provided for management development.
