Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur principal, leSuperviseur(se) aux opérationsa la responsabilité d’optimiser les activités d’opération quotidiennes de son secteur et ce, tout en tenant compte du bien-être du personnel, de la satisfaction des clients ainsi que des objectifs du centre de distribution.

PRIMES AVANTAGEUSES

-Temps plein de jour, 5h15 à 14h30 (incluant les fins de semaine)

Responsabilités :

• Responsable des employés syndiqués
• Planifie quotidiennement les besoins de main-d’œuvre de son secteur
• Voit à l’exactitude et à la qualité des opérations quotidiennes des travailleurs de son secteur.
• S’assure du respect des normes, des politiques, des exigences de productivité en vigueur dans son secteur.
• S’assure que les opérations quotidiennes se déroulent en accord avec les normes SST et le programme de prévention des pertes de l’entreprise.
• S’assure, par sa présence sur le plancher, d’obtenir une prestation de travail attendu de la part des travailleurs syndiqués.
• Est en constante communication avec les autres membres de l’équipe de gestionnaires du centre de distribution, dans le but de maintenir un niveau de gestion efficace et uniforme.
• S’assure d’entretenir de bonnes relations avec les employés.
• Anime des réunions de SST et d’opérations hebdomadairement.
• Supervise, organise et contrôle les activités de réception des marchandises (cédule, déchargement, entreposage, etc.).

Exigences du poste:

• DEC en administration combiné à trois (3) années d'expérience dans la distribution. Toute combinaison de scolarité et d'expérience appropriée sera prise en considération.
• Expérience dans la gestion d'employés syndiqués,
• Habile communicateur
• Sens poussé de l'organisation, de la planification et du suivi du travail d'équipe
• Sens du leadership
• Connaissance des systèmes WMS, Kronos et Outlook est un atout.

Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, theWarehouse Operations Supervisoris responsible for optimizing the daily operating activities of his sector, while considering the well-being of staff, customer satisfaction as well as objectives of the distribution center.

Positions to be filled:

Full-time day shift, 5:15 am to 2:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for unionized employees
• Daily plans the workforce needs of its sector
• Ensures the accuracy and quality of the day-to-day operations of workers in his sector.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies and productivity requirements in force in its sector.
• Ensures that day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with OHS standards and the company’s loss prevention program.
• Ensures, by his presence on the floor, to obtain a work performance expected from unionized workers.
• Is in constant communication with the other members of the distribution center management team, to maintain an efficient and consistent level of management.
• Make sure to maintain good relations with employees.
• Facilitates weekly OSH and operations meetings.
• Supervises, organizes and controls goods reception activities (schedule, unloading, storage, etc.).

Job requirements:

• DEC in administration combined with three (3) years of experience in distribution. Any combination of education and relevant experience will be taken into consideration
• Experience in the management of unionized employees
• Skilled communicatorStrong sense of organization, planning and monitoring of teamwork
• Sens of leadership
• Knowledge of WMS, Kronos and Outlook systems is an asset
