The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising and monitoring the production and packaging departments, while maintaining our superior standards of first‑run quality pasta. Must be able to lead, coach and mentor production associates to deliver organizational and customer objectives.
Effectively works and communicates with others and contributes to the working relationships within Barilla America.
• DEC in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in operations management and in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic field.
• Experience in personnel management and good team spirit.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and SQF programs.
• Bilingualism.
