Turner Construction’s Toronto office is seeking a full-time Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence across projects in the region.
You will report to Senior Superintendent or Operational Manager and may oversee field engineers and interns, supporting hiring, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Turner Construction’s Toronto office is seeking a full-time Superintendent. The role requires availability to work on-site Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week during day, afternoon,evening, or nighttime hours. The role may report to either of the followingroles: Senior Superintendent, Operational Manager, Business Manager.
The Superintendent role is to lead, oversee, direct, and coordinate construction field activities and performance of subcontractors and Turner Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staff for specific area or for small project in absence of Project Superintendent. Ensure adherence to safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and budget.

The employee must regularly lift and/or moveup to 4.5 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 23 kg.
