Ledcor Building in Saskatoon is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with 4–10 years of field operations experience to lead ground-up construction projects. You will oversee day-to-day field activities, ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality across complex builds.

You are a seasoned Superintendent with 4–10 years of field operations experience managing ground-up (new-build) construction projects. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate has proven experience leading new-build projects from site mobilization through completion, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and resolving field issues. You will develop and implement project plans and schedules, uphold company safety and quality standards, and lead field staff and trade partners to successfully deliver complex construction projects.
