We are currently seeking a full‑time Superintendent to join our team and help keep our 34‑unit co‑op clean, safe, and well‑maintained. This role is essential in supporting positive member experiences and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our property.

About the Role

• 🧹 Daily cleaning of common areas
• 🔧 Routine and preventative maintenance
• 📞 Responding to member maintenance requests
• 🌱 Seasonal groundskeeping (snow removal & lawn care)
• 🏘️ Unit inspections, turnovers, and minor repair
• 🔒 Monitoring building safety and reporting concerns
• 🤝 Supporting a respectful, cooperative living environment
