Job summary

Richardson International in Saskatchewan invites a Summer Student to join Richardson Farms. You will assist with field management (seeding, spraying, harvesting), data collection and record keeping, and general farm duties at our 600-acre Crop Development Center.

Ambitious, organized and detail oriented candidates with the ability to operate field equipment and strong communication skills are preferred. An Agriculture degree or diploma would be an asset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Students or graduates of an Agriculture Degree or Diploma Program would be considered an asset.
• An agriculture background is preferred.

Our Richardson Farm is a 600-acre Crop Development Center and demonstration farm that is dedicated to practical research and demonstration projects related to emerging agricultural technology with the areas of focus being agronomy, disease management, fertility, soil & water management, crop protection and seed varieties.
