We have an immediate need to hire engaging individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail locations throughout Ontario. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work from May 5th to September 1st, 2025. With your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills, you will help create lasting impressions for our customers.

Enjoy online training to learn more about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits, including product knowledge essentials, while earning your pay.

About the Role:

  • Serve customers efficiently using our POS/Cash system, ensuring a positive experience
  • Encourage donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
  • Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
  • Manage inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment (including spill and broken bottle cleanup)
  • Perform duties that may involve lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and standing for extended periods

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
  • Eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
  • Willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment

Required Availability:

  • Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
  • Saturdays and Sundays (available all day for 4-8 hour shifts)

Long Weekends:

  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day

Additional Availability:

  • Weekday shifts (Monday - Thursday) based on store needs
  • Schedules posted two weeks in advance; occasional short-notice shifts available
