The Family Centre of Northern Alberta is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to work in a school setting with children and youth. The role focuses on trauma-informed care, building social-emotional capacity, resilience, and community connections to promote school and life success.
You will meet with students 1:1, engage caregivers, develop group programming, and support youth through educational transitions. The position includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive workplace.
