Job summary

Pilot Company in Hope, BC is looking for a guest service associate to provide fast, friendly service at the travel center. You will operate cash registers and help keep the dining area neat and welcoming for every guest on their journey.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to service standards, and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Training opportunities across center roles are available in our network of travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
