A leading engineering services firm in Canada is seeking a specialist in wetlands and vegetation. The role involves preparing Field Study Plans, developing sampling strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in environmental planning and a degree in a related field. We are seeking a specialist in wetlands and vegetation with strong expertise in environmental planning. The successful candidate will provide technical and strategic support for impact assessments, regulatory compliance, and planning activities. This role will be key in designing and implementing field studies, developing sampling strategies, preparing project descriptions, and delivering technical training programs. The specialist will also contribute to impact assessment documentation and participate in consultations with stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure projects meet environmental requirements.
*This position requires knowledge of another language besides French, namely English, as you will be part of a Canadian, global, or regional management team and will need to collaborate with colleagues outside Quebec.
