Hedkandi Salons Ltd in Calgary offers an eight-month intensive mentorship program with a dedicated mentor. You will learn hands-on daily from our top stylists, education team and founder, gaining exposure to premium hair care brands and cutting-edge techniques.

Ideal candidates are hair-obsessed, carry a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering an amazing guest experience. You should be open to coaching and personal development, with a passion for building relationships.

About our program:

• 8 month intensive with dedicated mentor
• Start accepting your own guests after 30 days
• Program covers balayage and foils, extensions, curls, precision cutting, social media, business development
• Work with and learn from top hair care brands like Amika, Bumble & bumble, Oribe, Olaplex, Redken professional colour, and Stephen J
• One-on-one mentoring from our business coaches, stylist educators, marketing/social media guru
• Work in a Contessa award-winning space with curated art and music
• Escalating pay scales with unlimited earning potential and retail bonuses
