Job summary

Walmart Canada in Kelowna is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver friendly customer service, stock fashion merchandise, and maintain displays and signage in a clean, safe environment.

You will work as part of a team to plan daily tasks, participate in seasonal arrangements, and help customers locate products and make purchase decisions.

The role starts at a minimum hourly rate of $18.40 CAD and offers opportunities to develop retail skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service oriented with ability to greet customers politely.
• Ability to stock and merchandise fashion items and maintain displays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
• The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40.
