Job Description
Departmental Responsibilities
  • Collect, track, and file executed contracts and study documents
  • Assists with preparation of departmental reports
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate signatures
  • Manage and troubleshoot DocuSign signature processes
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems in accordance with SSU standards
Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities
  • Assists with implementation of in-process quality controls within the department
  • Assists with preparation, conduct and follow up of audits and inspections
  • Assist with other SSU administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College or University degree required
  • Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 1 year experience in corporate or academic environment where administrative experience and technical skills have been gained.
  • Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
