Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. in Montreal seeks a Studio Project Manager to drive successful delivery of game content and large feature improvements for Bons Vivants Studio. You will manage plans, risks, and dependencies, coordinating cross‑functional teams across production, QA, and design.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management, strong communication, and hands‑on experience with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence. An agile mindset and PM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Monday.com, JIRA & Confluence.
• Agile experience; PM certifications such as APM, PMQ or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of assigned projects to meet requirements.
• Identify and remove impediments for project teams and requirements.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate business processes and cross‑team collaborations.
• Update internal reporting packs and ensure timely delivery.
• Support production-related incidents and escalations as needed.
• Identify process improvements and raise with capability leads.
• Assist in financial management, including project creation and time tracking.

Based in our Montreal office, the Studio Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects for our Bons Vivants Studio including new games content, launching content into new markets, and large feature improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Day to day management of assigned projects working to ensure delivery against agreed project requirements
• Understand and actively remove impediments for project teams and project requirements
• Create detailed project plans with project teams, ensuring these are clear, understood and tracked
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies identified on projects. Escalate as appropriate
• Coordinate, where required, when business processes needed for project success utilize teams external to the project
• Update internal reporting packs focusing on project delivery
• See projects through to completion
• Assist in coordination relating to project specific production incidents and escalations that occur during project timelines
• Identify process improvements and raise these with the respective Capability leads
• Support financial management, including project creation and time tracking

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Previous Project Management experience
• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Monday.com, JIRA & Confluence
• Highly adaptable and able to move with change within the projects / business
• Resilient and able to work well under pressure
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong reporting & presentation skills
• Confident speaker Detail-oriented
• Nice to haves: Project Management certifications such as APM, PMQ, PRINCE2 or Agile Servant Leader experience Agile experience
• Technical capacity with the ability to ‘translate’ technical language iGaming and industry knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
