ONE8T is redefining recovery through a fully private, guided contrast therapy experience. Our first studio is opening soon. A space where infrared sauna, saltwater plunge, red light therapy, and vibrational resonance come together to restore the body, calm the mind, and elevate the everyday.

We’re looking for a founding Studio Manager to help us open with purpose and lead with calm confidence.

About the role

As the Studio Manager, you’ll be more than an operator — you’ll be a presence.

From pre-sale through launch and every day after, you’ll set the rhythm of the studio, lead your team, and ensure every guest walks out lighter, clearer, and more connected than when they arrived.

What you\'ll do

Before We Open

• Be on-site regularly to support the setup, vibe, and studio flow
• Host studio walkthroughs and engage potential guests and members
• Speak confidently about contrast therapy and our 8-modality ritual
• Help finalize rituals, scripts, and sensory details (lighting, scent, products)
• Test and train with products (hydration, massage, shower filtration, etc.)
• Support membership pre-sales and community outreach
• Lead day-to-day operations: booking flow, suite rotation, studio cleanliness
• Ensure each of the 8 modalities is functional, prepped, and elevated
• Hire and coach a team of Wellness Guides aligned with the ONE8T tone
• Guide guests through their experience, answer questions, and elevate presence
• Maintain boutique-level standards in every detail — from scent to service
• Track key studio metrics (usage, retention, satisfaction) and support continued growth
