A leading education institute is seeking a Full-Time Permanent position to manage student inquiries and assist with administrative tasks. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and collaboration with internal teams to maintain standards. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The position is based in multiple locations, including Woodlands and Paya Lebar, Singapore, and offers performance bonuses and benefits.
Working Days: 5 days’ work week, including weekends (rostered based on company’s schedule)
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm / 9:30am – 7:00pm / 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Location: Tiong Bahru (Central Plaza) or Woodlands (WoodSquare) or Paya Lebar (Lifelong Learning Institute)
Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)
