Ledcor Highways is offering a fully funded training opportunity to upgrade your Class 5 driver license to Class 3, enabling you to join Ledcor for winter and summer operations across Alberta. This entry‑level program includes paid training, safety‑focused development, and the potential for full‑time or seasonal employment.

Camp in Fox Creek is available for approved applicants. Applicants must be 18+, hold a Class 5 license with a clean record, and pass Alberta medical and vision exams.

We are looking for safety‑orientated people to play a key part in keeping their highways and communities safe.

This is an exceptional entry‑level opportunity to join a long‑term stable industry. We are providing a fully funded opportunity for select individuals to upgrade their Class 5 driver license to Class 3 driver license, enabling them to join Ledcor and support winter and summer operations across the Province.

This training opportunity will provide a paid opportunity to help you acquire your Class 3 license and develop the skills necessary to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. This opportunity may lead to full‑time or seasonal employment. Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term. Highway maintenance includes working in various weather patterns. Shift work, on‑call, and night shift will be required.
