Job summary

TC Energy is hiring Engineering Interns in Airdrie, AB to support a variety of engineering disciplines and business areas. We are seeking students currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program across Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Software/Computer, Energy Engineering or related fields.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with seasoned professionals, and contribute to safe, reliable energy delivery across North America.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering degree program
  • Completion of at least one academic term prior to the start of the work term
  • Returning to full-time studies immediately following the work term
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the work term
  • Demonstrate a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting
  • Exhibit the TC Energy corporate values and incorporate them into work activities and initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to accurately analyze information and deal with ambiguity
  • Experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reflective and committed to continuous improvement and personal development

We are seeking students currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program, including Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software/Computer Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
