Job summary

Algonquin College is seeking a Part-Time Student Event & Facility Staff to support on-site events and facility rentals on campus in Ottawa. You will deliver exceptional customer service, aid with event logistics, and guide clients to appropriate resources.

A flexible schedule includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on on-site operations. This role requires a current Algonquin College student registered in a full-time program and completion up to high school or equivalent

Qualifications

• Completed up to high school or equivalent education.
• Current Algonquin College student registered in a full-time program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and execution to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide front-line assistance to event clients, guests, and attendees during events.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to support event operations.
• Monitor event spaces and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with campus rules.
