Through formal training, mentorship and increasing levels of responsibility, you will develop your technical job skills and knowledge of business processes in our Nitrogen andPotashBusiness Units.At the conclusion of the rotation, the engineer will be placed into an exciting role within our Nitrogen or PotashBusiness Units. Placement will consider several factors including business needs, available openings, participant strengths and preferences.
  
  
  • Indigenous Internship Program - Within Nutrien, we have multiple opportunities for voluntarily self-identified students or new grads of Canadian Indigenous ancestry to gain valuable experience in the field of Engineering, Technology, Business and IT at several of our locations. This program offers participants additional opportunities for networking, community engagement, and learning and development.
  
  
  • New Grad Tech Program - This rotational program will guide youth through key technology functions (Data, Cyber Security, Enterprise Applications, Digital Delivery, Strategy) over a period, up to two years. This role contributes to key efforts and initiatives while also gaining exposure to information and digital solutions within Nutrien and the requisite leadership skills needed to drive strategic results. This role will be assigned a mentor from the IDS Leadership Team and will also receive guidance and support from assigned leads during each segment of the rotation. This role will focus on learning and development during the rotation by participating in hands‑on work and mentoring opportunities. At the conclusion of the rotation, the analyst will be placed into an exciting role within one of the functions within the IDS Department.
