Your main responsibilities

  • Manage teams of technicians and engineers and coordinate the efforts of various internal and external stakeholders to carry out building structure projects for multiple sectors
  • Technical supervision, coordination, verification and design of various building structure projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout projects
  • Survey existing installations
  • Analyze, design and adapt building-related installations
  • Carry out pre-project appraisals
  • Assess the construction cost budget
  • Write specifications and technical reports
  • Provide assistance in regards to site supervision
  • May assist in the performance evaluation process

Your Profile

  • Must have a Bachelor in civil engineer or building engineering (Building engineering structure focus). Having a Master is consider as an asset.
  • Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in building design and between 3 to 5 years in project management and coordination.
  • Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken. English is an asset
  • Must know SAP2000, Etabs, ADA, SAFE
  • Must have a Continuous Improvement thinking, Good communication skills, Technical Skills Initiative, Performance Management, Project Management, and being able to Empowering Others. Client oriented focus as well for follow ups and cooridnation.
