Qualifications

• Graduate of Architectural Technology Diploma Program or equivalent.
• 2–5 years relevant work experience in Structural/Architectural drafting.
• Access to vehicle for site review/inspections considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Structural & Architectural drafting and design for small/medium sized commercial buildings.
• Prepare structural & architectural drawings for projects.
• Complete full sets of structural engineering/design drawings for permit application.

Skills

Proficiency with Revit

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of various structural framing types

Ability to interpret structural design markups
