A federal government agency in Ottawa is looking for skilled geomatics professionals to support the transformation of Canada’s defense capabilities. Candidates should have a degree in geomatics and experience with GIS and CAD software. The intent of this process is to build a dynamic pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates to fill current and future vacancies across DND’s operational landscape. Intent of the process A pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates may also be established to fill current and future vacancies with various employment tenures (temporary and permanent), language profiles, security requirements, and conditions of employment in various locations within the Department of National Defence.
COE1: Security: Reliability Security Status
COE2: Strict adherence to the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Code of Values and Ethics – Canada.ca, Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector- Canada.ca, Directive on Conflict of Interest- Canada.ca, and DAOD 7021-1, Conflict of Interest – Canada.ca.
COE3: Must possess and maintain a valid, non-graduated, provincial or Territorial Driver’s Licence.
COE4: Must be willing to wear and/or utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety regulations
