A leading web development platform is looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead based in Canada. You'll drive the Marketplace strategy, optimize creator experiences, and align asset review teams, using data to shape decisions. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in a similar role and a BA/BS degree. The role is remote-first, offering competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.
At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.
We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to drive the success, growth, and evolution of the Webflow Marketplace — a critical ecosystem that empowers our community of creators, partners, and developers. In this role, you’ll shape how creators earn, how customers discover value, and how Webflow expands its creative economy.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you’ll own Marketplace strategy across pricing, payouts, supply, and expansion into new asset types (templates, libraries, and beyond). You’ll use data‑driven frameworks and analytical thinking to approach opportunities and share insights with the broader leadership team. You’ll conduct experiments to identify optimizations and future roadmap initiatives. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering teams to design improvements to the Marketplace user and creator experiences. You’ll guide and align asset review teams, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. You’ll champion the creator community, gathering insights and translating feedback into actionable strategy.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, Webflow will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and help you incorporate them into your role.
Requirements:
You’re an operational leader with a builder’s mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity, scaling new systems, and balancing the needs of creators, customers, and business goals. You’ll thrive as a Strategy and Operations Lead if you:
