Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites
  • Gather and analyze data, including benchmark and draw conclusions and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization’s objectives
  • Develop the engineering content for the C‑suite executives and Board of Directors, while ensuring the readiness of the Engineering leaders to attend those reviews
  • Plan and manage the execution of strategic projects
  • Lead and influence stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a University degree preferably in a Business or an analytical field such as Engineering, an MBA or other professional designation (an asset)
  • You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment within a manufacturing industry, knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset)
  • You have experience managing strategic projects, while having the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate to senior leadership
  • You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details
  • You can exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters
  • You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment and advanced in PowerPoint for executive presentation
