As a Sr Strategy Manager, you will be part of a highly creative and customer-focused team responsible for overseeing and realizing an omni-channel customer experience vision. You will develop, maintain, and educate on the vision of enabling an omni-channel customer experience. You will provide and implement best practice approaches where needed. With support from key representatives across channels, you will act as the main liaison with stakeholders to forge strong and trusting relationships. Additionally, you will use these insights to support the Program Office in accelerating this vision and in enabling change management and adoption plans tailored to each channel.
