Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training materials in corporate settings.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and instructional design models.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate customized technical and corporate training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Manage the end-to-end training process, including scheduling and tracking.
