Qualifications

  • Master's degree in sustainability, business management, community development, or Indigenous studies.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience delivering strategic advisory services.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in northern Canada.
  • Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of sustainable community development and natural resource governance.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery—scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Develop sustainability strategies and reporting aligned with recognized standards.
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks to drive business growth.
