Job summary

A fast-growing tech company in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Partner Sales Manager. This role involves driving sales alignment with system integrator partners and executing partner strategies to achieve business growth. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of partner experience, with strong skills in relationship management and strategic sales. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of Cloud environments. This position requires travel of 25-50%.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner roles and strategic alliances.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with revenue targets.
  • Previous direct sales experience is preferred.
  • Established relationships with Canadian SI partners.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner strategies to drive revenue.
  • Work closely with sales to create joint plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner experience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance with system integrators.
  • Ensure success in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
