Job summary

The North West Company (NWC) is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator to streamline quoting and ordering processes. You will support the sales team, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth sales operations across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Responding to and preparing quote requests including freight to locations.
• Sourcing products from multiple suppliers for quotes.
• Creating purchase orders and shipping labels for direct shipments.
• Generating Retek PO numbers and warehouse requisition requests.
• Coordinating with transportation to optimize logistics for quotations.
• Processing approved sales for monthly reporting and quarter-end reviews.
• Generating invoices for distribution to sales reps and customers.
• Creating marketing requests for seasonal promotions.
• Drafting and distributing agendas, emails, and meeting minutes.
