A real estate coaching firm is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in Cambridge, Ontario. You will oversee all sales functions, build processes, and optimize lead conversions while working closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in sales management and experience in B2C sales. This role requires collaboration in a hybrid model, with three days in the office.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on selling coaching programs to aspiring real estate investors across North America. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and refining sales processes, leveraging CRM and automation tools to maximize lead conversion and pipeline efficiency. You will oversee multiple sales functions—including event sales, inside sales, and future B2B channels—while working closely with executive leadership. This position is based in Cambridge, ON, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
