The Strategic Sales Development Program is a full‑time entry‑level position where you live the entire learning journey of EMCO. Over five phases, you’ll acquire experience in shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 (first year teammate). Includes base salary plus profit sharing based on individual performance and business results.
